Booking Guide
This guide explains the complete booking process in PlayMyTurf, from selecting a turf to receiving your booking confirmation and managing your bookings.
Browse Available Turfs
Search and explore cricket turfs based on your preferred location, pricing, ratings, and available facilities.
Select Your Turf
Open the turf details page to view images, amenities, pricing, available slots, and booking information before proceeding.
Choose Date
Select your preferred playing date from the available calendar.
Choose Time Slot
Select one or more available time slots. Already booked slots cannot be selected.
Complete Payment Within 7 Minutes
After selecting your slot, complete the payment within 7 minutes. If payment is not completed within the time limit, the selected slots are automatically released and become available for other players.
Secure Online Payment
Payments are securely processed through Razorpay using UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and supported Wallets.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed immediately after a successful payment. A unique booking reference is generated for every booking.
Email Confirmation
A booking confirmation email containing your booking details is automatically sent to your registered email address.
WhatsApp Confirmation
If WhatsApp notifications are enabled, a booking confirmation message is also sent to your registered mobile number.
Manage Your Bookings
You can view all your bookings from your dashboard. In Version 1, the Upcoming Bookings section displays upcoming, completed, cancelled, and expired bookings together in a single view.
Version 1 Notes
Online booking cancellation and rescheduling are not available in Version 1. To cancel a booking, please contact the respective turf owner directly. Refunds, if applicable, will follow the owner's cancellation policy.
Important Notes for Version 1
- Complete your payment within 7 minutes to secure your selected slots.
- If payment is not completed within the time limit, the selected slots are automatically released.
- Online cancellation and rescheduling are not available in Version 1.
- For booking cancellation, please contact the respective turf owner directly.
- Booking confirmation is sent through Email and WhatsApp (when available).
Booking Completed Successfully
Once your payment is successful, your booking is confirmed instantly and your selected time slot is reserved exclusively for you. You can manage and track all your bookings anytime from your PlayMyTurf dashboard.
