Payment Guide
Learn how payments work in PlayMyTurf, from secure online payment to booking confirmation, notifications, and Version 1 settlement and refund policies.
Secure Payment Gateway
PlayMyTurf uses Razorpay to securely process all online payments. Your payment information is encrypted and processed through trusted banking infrastructure.
Supported Payment Methods
Players can complete payments using UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and supported Wallets through Razorpay.
Complete Payment Within 7 Minutes
After selecting your booking slot, payment must be completed within 7 minutes. If the payment is not completed within the time limit, the booking expires automatically and the slot becomes available for other players.
Payment Verification
Every successful payment is verified securely before confirming your booking. This ensures that bookings are created only after successful payment verification.
Booking Confirmation
Once payment verification succeeds, your booking is confirmed instantly and the selected slot is reserved exclusively for you.
Email Confirmation
A booking confirmation email containing booking details is automatically sent to your registered email address.
WhatsApp Notification
If WhatsApp notifications are enabled, you'll also receive your booking confirmation directly on your registered mobile number.
Payment Status
You can view the payment status and booking information from your dashboard after a successful transaction.
Owner Settlement (Version 1)
In Version 1, payments are collected through PlayMyTurf. Owner settlements are processed manually according to the agreed settlement schedule and are not transferred automatically.
Refunds (Version 1)
Online refunds are not processed automatically in Version 1. If a refund is applicable, it will be handled according to the turf owner's cancellation policy after verification.
Important Notes for Version 1
- Complete your payment within 7 minutes to secure your selected booking.
- Booking confirmation is generated only after successful payment verification.
- Email confirmation is sent automatically after payment.
- WhatsApp confirmation is sent when the notification service is available.
- Owner settlements are processed manually in Version 1.
- Online refunds and automatic refund processing are not available in Version 1.
