Welcome to PlayMyTurf. This guide walks you through the complete booking journey—from creating your account to managing your bookings after payment.
Create Your Account
Sign up using your name, email address, mobile number, and a secure password to start booking turfs.
Login
Log in securely using your registered email and password.
Player Dashboard
After login, you'll be redirected to your dashboard where you can quickly access your bookings and profile.
Browse Available Turfs
Explore nearby cricket turfs, compare prices, facilities, ratings, and available slots.
Select Date & Time
Choose your preferred playing date and select an available time slot.
Secure Payment
Complete your booking securely using Razorpay with UPI, Cards, Net Banking, or Wallets.
Booking Confirmation
Once payment succeeds, you'll instantly receive a confirmation email containing your booking details.
WhatsApp Notification
If WhatsApp notifications are available, you'll also receive your booking confirmation directly on WhatsApp.
Manage Bookings
The Upcoming Bookings section displays every booking you've made, including upcoming, completed, cancelled, and expired bookings. This is the behavior in Version 1.
Cancellation
Version 1 does not support online booking cancellation. To cancel a booking, please contact the turf owner directly. The owner will assist you based on their cancellation policy.
