By accessing or using PlayMyTurf, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the platform.

Some PlayMyTurf features require a registered account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account.

You are responsible for activities carried out through your account and should notify PlayMyTurf if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Players can use PlayMyTurf to view participating turfs, check available time slots and create bookings.

A booking is subject to turf availability and successful completion of any required payment. Creating a pending booking does not guarantee permanent reservation of the selected slot.

When a booking is created, the selected slot may be reserved temporarily while payment is pending. If payment is not completed within the specified reservation period, the booking may expire automatically and the slot may become available to other players.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Your booking may only be considered confirmed after successful payment verification.

Payment processing may also be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment service provider.

Turf prices displayed on PlayMyTurf are based on information and pricing configured for the applicable turf and time slot. Prices may vary depending on factors such as booking time, duration or other pricing rules.

Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the status of the booking, the applicable turf's policies and the circumstances of the cancellation.

Any approved refund may require additional processing time depending on the payment provider and banking network.

Turf owners are responsible for providing accurate information about their turf, including location, availability, pricing and operating information.

Turf owners are also responsible for providing the booked facility according to confirmed booking details and maintaining appropriate standards for their premises.

You must not misuse PlayMyTurf or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

• Do not provide intentionally false or misleading information.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account without permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, damage or exploit the platform.
• Do not use PlayMyTurf for unlawful activities.

We aim to keep PlayMyTurf available and reliable, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

PlayMyTurf provides technology that helps players discover and book participating turfs. Individual turf owners remain responsible for the operation, condition and availability of their facilities, subject to applicable law.

PlayMyTurf may suspend or restrict access to accounts where necessary to protect the platform, its users or participating turf owners, including in cases of misuse, fraudulent activity or violation of these terms.
